Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions governs all services related to Causes (“Service”), provided by ruumzNation Sdn. Bhd. (822845-P) (“ruumz”) to you (“Customer”).

1. Formation of Contract

No Contract shall come into an existence until the Customer purchases the product (hereinafter referred to as “the Virtual Hearts”) in which the purchase notification has been accepted by ruumz for contribution to their chosen Charitable Organisation (“Causes”) for a particular purpose (hereinafter referred to as “Cause”) via the ruumzcauses profile page. All Causes registered with ruumz shall be stated in the ruumzcauses’ profile page. Neither ruumz acknowledgement of a purchase notification nor its failure to object to conflicting, different, or additional terms and conditions in a purchase notification shall be deemed an acceptance of such Terms and Conditions or a waiver of the provisions hereof.

2. Objective

The Customer is able to contribute for the respective Causes by purchasing Hearts from the Causes’ Profile Page. Upon purchasing the Heart(s), ruumz shall collect all sums received from the Customers for the purchase of the Heart(s) and shall pay to the said Cause in the form of payment as mutually agreed by ruumz and the Charitable organisation. ruumz reserves the right not to disclose the amount collected for the respective Cause and the personal particulars of the Customers contributed and ruumz will not be liable for any disclosure of these information to a third party.

4. Purchase Policy

All prices quoted are correct at the time when they are posted to website, and prices quoted in Blings! (B!) only will prevail at all times in relation to purchases made through ruumzcauses and no other mode of payment is acceptable. ruumz will not be liable for any losses the Customer may suffer as a result of unauthorized access by a third party to the information you transmit. It is the Customer’s responsibility to eRuumz users only are permitted to purchase the Hearts from ruumz for the respective Cause. The Customer must activate the Blings! Account (hereinafter referred to as “the Account”) provided to the Customer upon registration to ruumz and shall ensure there are sufficient funds in the Account to purchase. The Customers can purchase as many Hearts as required and at any time. Upon purchase, the Hearts shall be featured in the Customer’s profile page with the number of Hearts purchased. Once the purchase is completed, there shall be no refunds or return of Hearts to ruumz. ruumzshall not provide receipt of payment to the Customer for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to tax deductions.sure the security of the system password and payment details to avoid its unauthorized use.

5. Customer Data

When the Customer joins the ruumz website, you provide us with contact data, including your name and a valid e-mail address. ruumz shall use this data to send you updates about your order, questionnaires to gauge your satisfaction with the services provided, and announcements about new and exciting offers and services that ruumz or its strategic partners are offering that may interest you.

When the Customer purchases products from ruumz, you may be asked to provide contact data or personal data to be incorporated into the final product. ruumz shall use this data to fulfil your order. You may be asked to provide additional data, including your type of credit card, credit card number and billing and shipping address. ruumz will use this data to contact you and retains this data should you choose to purchase again.

ruumz may share your personal data internally among our affiliates or subsidiaries. We also record the number of visits, paths taken and time spent on our sites and pages. This data may be stored in a cookie on your computer's hard drive. However, none of this data is personally identifiable and we share this data in the aggregate, reflecting overall internet or website usage trends.

6. Indemnification

As a ruumz user, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ruumz, our officers, directors, employees, licensors, agents, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all damages, losses, expenses and costs resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity or event related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service using your account.

7. Security Policy

The confidentiality of our Customers' data is of great importance to us. We will put in place security measures to prevent loss, misuse and alteration of the data you provide. Our policy is to treat orders and accompanying data provided by customers with the utmost care and confidentiality. As with all electronic transactions, the security of your data cannot be 100% guaranteed. We may contact you at the e-mail address you provided to update you about the status of your order and to ascertain whether you are satisfied with your order.

8. General Privacy Provisions

Notwithstanding this Privacy Policy, ruumz reserves the right to disclose any data or documents that, in its sole discretion, are reasonably necessary to protect ruumz or its business, including but not limited to complying with a court order, and orders from law enforcement officials. ruumz reserves the right to disclose such data or documents without a subpoena, warrant or other court order in certain situations, including but not limited to instances where you: (i) are in violation of the Terms and Conditions statement governing this site; (ii) have engaged, or are alleged to have engaged, in any activity purporting to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another; or (iii) have engaged, or are alleged to have engaged, in any other illegal conduct or activity.

ruumz reserves the right to disclose your personal data whenever required by any court, or law enforcement agency. ruumz also reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to such entities for investigation and prosecution. In the event the said Cause and/or the Charitable Organisation is suspected to have conducted illegal activities etc, the contribution made to the said Cause shall be seized immediately upon notification and ruumz shall decide the next course of action at their sole discretion.

9. Variation

ruumz reserves the right to update or revise these terms and condition from time to time. ruumz may give notice of amendments to the Customer in such manner as ruumz deems approporiate.
